In today’s divisive political climate, finding common ground is more important than ever.
BBQ Without Borders is a one-day festival that provides an opportunity to show unity, cultivating a space where immigrants can celebrate their culture’s positive additions to our society.
Immigrants have long contributed valuable sustainable practices, from eco-friendly farming to a deep respect for nature, helping us “cook up” a more sustainable future.

We create safe spaces to talk about challenging topics in a more digestible manner. Together we can find a greener path forward.

We raised $30k!

In 2023 we were able to fundraise 30k at BBQ Without Borders! In partnership with the Unity Council, we distributed micro grants to Bay Area immigrant families who were unable to access government support due to their immigration status through the Resilience Fund.

114 clients received a total of $28,500 to support their financial needs. Each client received $250.
