M.D and Founder of No Immigrants No Spice. Dr. Gupta started NINS to “positively channel frustration” and “create something” that combines her “passion for food, culture, and people.”
No Immigrants No Spice (NINS) also fundraises to support organizations working to improve the lives of immigrants, advance immigrant rights, and create humane immigration laws. Since its founding, NINS has raised funds to support Oakland's undocumented restaurant workers, BIPOC family farmers, vulnerable postpartum mothers, and LGBTQ immigrants. Dr. Gupta is available as a keynote speaker, small group facilitator and at live events.

Al Otro Lado’s mission is to provide cross-border legal screening, advocacy, and representation to asylum seekers and deportees in Tijuana, México, detained and non-detained immigrants in Southern California, and immigrant families impacted by policies of family separation. Al Otro Lado works to ensure that anyone, regardless of immigration status, country of residence, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion affiliation or lack thereof, will have access to quality immigration advice, while also working to challenge systemic abuses of our clients.
